Reputation risk is the biggest concern to both governments and organizations today, receiving huge amount of attention like never seen before. Therefore, this 2 – day training seminar equips delegates with the necessary competencies to protect and defend their organization’s most valuable asset – its reputation against potential threats, risk and potential damage. Furthermore, we will look into how different organizations did fair in managing their reputational risk and way forward in addressing best practices in mitigating reputational risk scenarios.

Course Objectives:
As Corporations and Governments are burdened by accountability and transparency and a level of accelerated engagement by both internal and external stakeholders towards this commitment, issue and crisis management is a requisite in building a reputational risk management.

Training Methodology:
The training session will be conducted along workshop principles with introductory presentations by the programme leader that is followed by case study analysis and interactive examples.

Participants will be actively engaged, individually and as part of a group, in the preparation and presentation of foolproof reputation risk management checklist and reporting scorecard which will be taken from various organizations.

Participants are encouraged to bring their own cases and problems for discussion within the programme: the course leader has extensive experience of handling such problems and requests and can usefully blend participants’ requests seamlessly into the programme.
